We’ve done the most comprehensive wellbeing Check into Australian Gen Zs ever undertaken.

Gen Z Wellbeing Check looks into the physical, mental and social health of Australian youth aged 15 to 24 by examining their habits and issues in the key wellness areas of mental health, exercise, sleep and diet. In compiling this report we surveyed over 1000 young Australians aged 15 to 24 from across the country.

What you’ll learn:

  • The rate of Gen Z mental health issues and what’s impacting their wellbeing.
  • How much they exercise and their most played sports.
  • What’s keeping them awake at night and what’s helping them sleep.
  • How much do they cook and what’s stopping some from eating healthier.
