- The promoter of the Competition is Year 13 Pty Ltd (ABN 93 606 583 706) of G02 84 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065 (the “Promoter”).
- The Competition is open to all residents in Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the Promoter and its immediate families and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
- Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any additional terms and conditions on the Promoters’ websites or announced on air or in print form part of these Terms and Conditions and where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and additional terms and conditions relevant to a particular competition, the specific terms and competitions shall prevail.
- Entry into the Competition is free.
- To enter, Eligible Entrants must download the report “Gen Z & Corporate Activism” and ‘refer a friend’. Entries on the Competition Page must be received before 2:59PM AEST on 24th August 2020. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the Competition.
- Competition commences 30th June 2020 and final entries must be received by 2:59PM AEST on 24th August 2020 (“Competition Period”).
- The Winners will be notified by Email on 24th August 2020 (“Winner Notification Date”). The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. An entry is deemed to be received at the time of its receipt by the Promoters and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
- Any entry received after the specified competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- You may enter the Competition more than once.
- Entries to the Competition will be subject to a Game of Chance. The winner will be selected by an automated number generator. The winner will be notified via email and further organisation of the prize will be conducted by Year13.
- The Promoters may, in their absolute discretion, refuse to award a prize to any entrant who has already won a prize in another Promoters’ competition during the 30-day period prior to that winner being selected.
- No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
- You agree that the Promoter may use your entry and any personal details provided to the Promoters in accordance with Year 13’s Privacy Policy and for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoters in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.
- Any prize must be claimed within 30 days of selection of the winner. If the prize has not been claimed within 30 days, the winner relinquishes any right or interest in the prize. If a prize is unclaimed or a winner is not contactable, there will be no re-draw and the prize will be forfeited, unless otherwise notified by the Promoter.
- If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoters conduct of the Competition or the Promoters ability to deliver the prize to the prize winners, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
- Each response submitted as part of an entry (“Response”) becomes the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entry, each entrant irrevocably grants to the Promoter a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide licence to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright) in and to the Response and consents to the Promoter doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the Response which may otherwise constitute an infringement of an entrant’s moral rights. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoters may use all or part of an entrant’s Response for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, whether in respect of the competition, the Promoter or otherwise. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Response submitted is an original work of the entrant which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being invalid. In addition, each entrant indemnifies the Promoter against all loss, damages and costs incurred by the Promoters arising from that entrant’s breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
- To the full extent permitted by the law, Year 13 Pty Ltd will not be liable for any death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize.
- The draw will be held on 24th of August, 3pm at G02 84 Alexander Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065
- This competition has one (1) prize to be won which comprises of a one-hour meeting with Year13 CEO William Stubley
